Moto Droid powers off by its self...??

In the past couple weeks I have noticed my Droid power off by I checked the battery and it has a full charge or at least plenty of charge. This seems to happen randomly, regardless if the phone is in use, not in use or even while charging. Also told a friend about it and he has seen the same on his Droid. Anyone else seen this?:icon_evil:

FYI - Neither phone is rooted.
