Modifying Scenes

i just got my Eris and I am trying to figure it out. I have two questions

1)Is there a way to modify a scene and save it without having to save it under a new name. If you do have to save it under a new name how do I delete the old scene

2)How do I find my downloads, I seem to stumble across them by accident but can never find them when I want them.

You can delete scenes under settings/personalize/scenes.

When you save a scene you can give it the name of an existing scene, which will overwrite the existing and replace it with the current. So no, you don't HAVE to give a scene a new name to save it - just make sure the one that you're about to overwrite is really something you want to be gone forever.

If you want to find your downloads on the phone, hit the tiny up arrow at the bottom left on the home screen. It will show you all your apps that are installed.

It depends what you mean by downloads. If you mean the applications that are installed on your Eris, then follow sgm-co's advice and go to Android Market -> My Downloads at the bottom of the main screen.
However, if you mean the downloads from your browser (for example, for apps not found in the Market, ie. Evernote), then go to Browser -> Menu -> More -> Downloads. There you'll find all the stuff you've downloaded through the Internet.
Hope this helps.
