This will remove the mandatory password/pin for Exchange.
Modified from the Verizon Dev Edition, but should work on all S5 builds.

Make a backup!!!
1. Download
2. Rename email and odex files if you want to keep them. This will delete the old files.
3. Reboot Recovery
4. Flash .zip
5. Wipe dalvik.
