Mobile Hot Spot and Cisco VPN Client

Has anyone gotten Cisco VPN client to connect via Version Mobile Hotspot on their Rezound?

I have gotten my connection with android vpn, linked with latest version of android mobile. So the procedure is to follow is easy while starting connection with vpn.

I connected via tether. I know it's not the same but it emulates the same access.
