Miui-mms Apk or update.zip??

does anyone have a working miui-mms update.zip or apk? i found a update.zip from a old post but it just force closes, wont even allow you to open the messaging app at all. and im not running a miui rom just want the mms app

I don't think you can run the MIUI MMS app on non-MIUI ROMs; hell, it was modded just to get it to work on the Droid MIUI version...

It probably won't work, it's because the app is connected to other system stuff. You might be able to get it to run on a CM build, I haven't tried, but I'm guessing it would work. Just download the rom and unzip it with winrar, izarc or something like that. Go into system/app/mms.apk. Let me know if it works for you!
