Missed call alert light flashing again

I keep getting a flashing alert light on every time I make a call. It only happens a couple of weeks after I reinstall Missed call. It is flashing the color I have set for SMS messages only. I have reinstalled it 3 times because of this. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
