Here are some from the initial invasion of Iraq in 03...I was an Artilleryman then. I am holding the gold AK47 in the one picture. I didn't take many of the Iraq pictures I was too busy doing stuff. I took all of the Afghanistan pictures though.

Some from my Afghanistan deployment. You can see one of them is from where the Taliban destroyed the statues in Bamiyan province.

I've got videos too, but I don't really feel like uploading at the moment haha.

Matthew, I'm too old to have been in Iraq 1 or 2 or Afghanistan. However, from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for your service in the military. You are my heroes in life. Thanks for sharing these pictures here.

Nah man, I volunteered...I like it...I'm probably going to get out of the military but it was still a great experience. The Army paid me, gave me a place to live, a weapon(s) to defend myself, and allowed me to finish three of my college degrees...not to mention teach me a very valuable skillset for the civilian world (interrogation and source operations and a Top Secret clearance) as well as taught me Persian Farsi...I've been thanked enough in that regard.

But thanks :)
