MetaMorph Help please not busybox

K I cant get metamorph to work. I got busybox in system/bin and system/xbin. metamorph goes to run checks and says it cant extracted and setup make sure you have free space. got 170mb of free storage so whats up?

removed from system/xbin not sure how it got in there as I got busybox with team chaos. but I removed and reboot. still same thing:icon_evil:
