Media manager not working on puter ( i assume )

cant get the media manager to install , is there a better optiuon than the verizon one ?

You can always just copy media using Explorer. Not sure if Doubletwist would work with the X, it might.

I have the same problem!!! Computer is only a couple of months old. Same window pops up!! Have you found a solution? How do I transfer my pictures from my droid incredible to my laptop? when I plug in the usb i can't find the usb drive with the folders that have my droid pictures =(
