market purchase billed to account

Anyone know when we will get this updated? That you can purchase an app and have it billed to your carrier account. Is that a 2.2 update? Thanks in advance.

i was just clarifying the situation or the other two guys above me that didnt think it was possible. And no one know when it will be available. And no its not in the 2.2 update.
