Market Not downloading

For some reason my market isn't downloading apps. Anyone had this happen to them? Any way to fix it?

GO to settings, Apps, ALL, Then find market, then clear data. ANser yes to the prompt.

Still useing 2.1 so there is no "All"

Is there anyway to backup all apps on 2.1 to do a factory reset then reinstall them back?

Is this a paid app? Try loggin into Gtalk...sounds crazy, I know.
