Market downloads keep pausing for no reason

Past few weeks my market downloads start and stop for no reason even when I have a full signal or if I'm on wifi. Sometimes they finish but they take much much much longer than they should.

Any ideas??

they do that on some roms but ive never seen a fix for it unless the devs fix the bug. otherwise just tap it and it should install

My TB starts the market download, pauses, then restarts. Does it every time. No idea why...

BTW, not rooted.
