Market download issue

Having some issues with market not downloading. It says its starting my d/ls but nothing s actually downloaded.It happens on auto updates, manual updates & installing new apps. Is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix this? I've tried cancelling d/l and redownloading, but getting same problem.

I'm having the same problem and the fix shown doesn't seem to do anything
