Make the voices stop! Lol

Ok...... since downloading the new OS, it TALKS to me! When I shut down the phone, it says "SERVICE LOST" and when I go to make a phone call, the lady's voice says (LOUDLY) - "Verizon wireless!" It talks to me at other times which is very annoying, especially when I want the phone to be SILENT! Any way to change this lovely (NOT) new option?!

My wife just upgraded this morning, and I've not heard any complaints, which means its working ok! :biggrin:
