Love it sometimes

I got my Eris about 6 weeks ago. I love many of the features, but often find myself tearing out my hair. Calls don't start ringing until the other person has let it ring numerous times, thus causing me to miss calls A LOT. The contacts seem to get, I guess, clunky is the best way to describe it. The phone part of the phone is the worst part.

I just went to the *228 update thing. I also upgraded when the message was first sent a few days after I got the phone. I hope the *228 helps.

Glad there is a place to look for solutions.
