lost phone

so my buddy tries to recreate his own version of the hangover last night, and woke up this morning in some random car down the street with no idea where his phone is.

Is there a way to locate the phone remotely? i.e. get GPS data or anything like that? What about getting call logs- he's trying to hook up with this hottie we met yesterday, but her number is in his phone :/

We have already tried to check call logs on the verizon site, but to no avail

Did he have a location app installed, like look out, or locate my droid?

I don't know about Locate but Mobil Defense works well as does Wave Secure. Those two are designed to allow you to track your phone via GPS. I think locate, IIRC is designed to make an alert somewhere. The other one Shadez mentioned I'm not familiar with at all.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong Shadez.

All of this is pointless however if you buddy lost his Droid. He'd know this already.

Lookout does the same, uses GPS on a map..

The ones Hook mentioned I never tried but have seen nothing but positive things about them, oh wait, I have wave secure lol Just havent tried the locate yet.. but any of them should work just fine for you, if you find your phone
