Looking to flash an new theme help..

This is my second theme and am wondering how to do it...it's called darkberry for focused rubix 1.8.9...what is are the best steps for me to take.

Download rommanager in the market. Then save the theme to your sd card as a .zip. go to rom manager and click install rom from sd card and then choose the rom and your phone will restart in recovery. There will be options and just choose to install a .zip from sd card and click the rom file witch should be a .zip file

There I'd also battery update, and others do I do that the same way, too also do I have to do anything with the boot strap?
