looking for ROM with VOLUME ROCKER MUSIC CONTROLS

anyone have this feature its the only reason i still bring my droid 1 to work when listening to music i can use the touchscreen but i can push the rocker while the phone is in my pocket?

id prefer to only carry the droid 3

Mavrom 2.5. I have it and the volume rockers work while screen is off and locked with stock music player and Pandora. Its a nice feature.

I think I misunderstood your question. They do not work to skip songs. They work as volume control. Sorry.
