Location based note alerts

I'm looking for a small app that will pop up a note when I am close to a specific location. I would like to create a shopping list for a specific store and have a note pop up when I get there. I'm trying "Remember the Milk" but I don't want to pay $25 a year and it does way more than I need.

Any suggestions?
