So right now. my phone, on the notification bar has a spiral, going round and round, when I pull down bar, it says loading data, please wait...

any ideas?

just turn the phone off and turn it back on. this will fix it!!

no not syncing, mine did it yesterday when I activated it. it just says loading data and will never stop. its weird but turning it off and back on does work.
