Living Social Voucher and NE2

I posted this in the pre-launch thread, but got no response. I have a NE2 discount and the $50 voucher from Living Social. I know that the voucher cannot be used with any other offers, so someone with the $100 off of an LTE device could not use the voucher for that, but does this also apply to the NE2, or can I apply them both to my purchase?

You cannot combine them. I had to use my 50 bucks towards accessories.
