Live Wallpaper tilts up and down?

I noticed that if I swipe up and down in an open part of my screen, the live wallpaper seems to tilt slightly up and down. Is there a purpose to this that I am missing?

EDIT: it appears to only be on the "Magic Smoke" wallpaper.

funny just tried and mine does the same thing in the magic smoke live wallpaper - kind of cool

There's no purpose to it, other than to add a little interactiveness to the live wallpaper.
