How do you get to the wireless/cellphone side of the live chat side of the house? I ordered mine at 12:30 last night & no shipping 12 hours later...

I don't know about that. People have reported shipping confirmations shortly after ordering.

I ordered mine by phone and had a tracking number and notification that it had been picked up within an hour.

I billed it to my account. I had a credit for $106.00 because I cancelled my Inc order. I hope that dosn't cause it to take forever to process.

I hAd the same problem. so I called and it was human error on my part. so they got me on the phone with sales and she said let make it quick so you will have it tomorrow we don't have many left. So call and try before they sellout guys.Goodluck and may the Droid Gods smile upon you lol
