Listen to the Pronunciation of a word?

Merriam-Webster's online Dictionary has a neat icon you can click on the see how a pronounce a word. But when I do this on my Motorola Droid i do not hear anything. Is there something I need to download for this to work? Or is there anyother program out there that will tell you the correct way to pronounce a word?
