Okay, I have too much time on my hands. I built charging station for my Droid out of Lincoln Log type of material. I have the body glove case for it and I downloaded the free dockrunner app that toggles the device into same mode as if you had the 30.00 dollar charging station from Verizon. Cost was 10.00 dollars and twenty minutes, I had to drill a hole in the base to run the USB cord through. I wanted the Verizon dock but didn't want to have to remove the case every night and put it on the morning. I can even leave the belt clip on the case while in the cradle. I can't figure out to attach the photo I took with my Droid. Reminds me of a throne for the King of Smart Devices!
