Limiting pictures shown in Slideshow

Does anyone know of a way to limit the pictures used in the Slideshow app? I have searched for threads related to this, but found nothing.

I have numerous pictures on my X, but only certain ones that I want displayed when on Slideshow mode.

Any help would be appreciated.
