Hello all. I hope this topic hasn't been discussed before but I;m just a dumb newby who doesn't have a lot of experience with smart phones. Here is the problem. I use my phone for my work, solely. I bought it last April. Since then, it's been fine for me. However, I recently go an alet that my phone was in need of an update. In doing so, I am now not able to use one of my companies functions on their website. After calling their tech support they informed me of similar problems with other employes. So after calling Verizon and LG, I'm still unable to revert back to the previous version.Here is what mine says now under phone:

Android Version: 4.0.4
Software Version: VS920ZV7

With that in mind, What Version did I have before being that I only updated one time, 3.0??

Any help would be appreciated.

You mention "website". Have you tried other browsers like Chrome, Dolphin, Boat, Skyfire or Opera instead of the stock browser to see if that works?
