LG G4 Out of Sorts ??

My Son's LG G4 has become acting Out of Sorts.. He had taken a Charge Cord & Plug (2 Compatible Pieces ??) from a Drawer .. While Charging the Phone Pinged to Indicate an Incoming Text.. Still on the Charge Cord my Son attempted to answer saying Text was Received.. Phone became Out of Sorts, wouldn't Respond to Home Key , and Returned to the Original Background.. Basically not responding as it should.. (1) Would problem Have been initiated by the Charge Cord ?? (2) How can the Phone be Restored to Fully Functional ?? Cheers Thanks

Nope , As I said their Compatible, And Yes their Not the Original Charge Cord setup that would come with the Cellphone...

try to get a hold on original equipment from manufacturer. lg is known to be very picky what you stick into it's charge port. had similar problems with lg 2, 3, 4 while using aftermarket chargers.
