LG Android Problem

My phone is a Net10 track phone, however it is an LG Android. Ot used to work fine, but now it doesn't send or recieve both calls od r texts

Sorry I bumbed the wrong button. However I think it is an Optimus, and it won't send, or receive messages, and doesn't make phone calls or receive them.
