Launchers and Themes

I'm rocking the ADD Launcher because the HTC Sense is too confining. Are there any other good launchers with good themes?

Launcher Pro is made by ADW I thought. Also my girl wasn't able to find themes in her menu for her Launcher Pro so I'm not sure if it's what I'm looking for.
