Launcher Pro Question

I wanted change the dock background to something simialr to the image I attached below. Since the images are already on the dock, I wanted to change the icon shortcuts and just have the image bi invisible, but it seems I can only make the icon blank if I'm not gonna use that slot for any shortcut.

Is there any way I can make the image blank while still making the shortcut work if clicked on?

There are transparent icons around someplace. They are invisible, but still work
