Only thing I've seen even remotely similar on my G Watch is an "Andre wear has stopped working" dialog, but that offered buttons for Wait or Stop.

This is something I haven't seen (yet).

Nothing on the phone. I think this is a location card notification (Time to such and such) gone wrong.
