Lag issue

To get rid of the lag, just download Nova Launcher https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teslacoilsw.launcher , I also have loaded Nova Launcher Prime which is worth the $4 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teslacoilsw.launcher.prime , once loaded make it your default Launcher instead of Touch Wiz "Nova will ask you this", then go to Nova settings, go to Look and Feel, then down to Scroll speed set it to Faster than Lightning, then go to Animation Speed set it to Faster than Lightning, then go to App Animation and set it to Slide. Now you will have a super smooth running phone. Plus there is many many more nova custom settings to chose from. Also in Nova settings under Desktop, scroll down to Scroll Effect and chose the effect you like the most, my favorite is Card Stack. You can also sett wallpaper scrolling to on or off, there is also Infinite scroll for the windows transition, and many many more features and settings.
Also in Nova settings under look and feel, go to Screen orientation and set it to Auto Rotate, also under Icon theme it gives you default "what the phone came with, the Samsung look, if that is your taste, not mine" or Stock Jelly Bean look, or TeamHaterIcons2 look "my favorite", the last one is an icon pack from the play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sparkyman.teamhatericons2
