Kit at Update

If, and when, the KitKat update comes along, does it include the ability to transfer apps and movies to SD?

4.3 does I have a note 3 with 4.3 and it let's me put apps to my SD card. Now I don't know if that's all 4.3 doing or if it's the combo of the note 3 and 4.3.

I was going to upgrade to the Note 3, but ill hold of for the update and see. If it does, then I'll wait for the Note 4.

4.3 does come with the ability to move apps to SD card. I don't have the link but Samsung posted the official 4.3 update loge for the note 2 and that was the only thing that made me really care about the 4.3 update
