Key Pad Change?

The key pad that pops up when you have to fill in a form or type a message etc. used to have a .com key and a @ key on the letters pad. Mine doesn't have it any more? Any idea where they went? Or can I reset this somehow?

Those options will only show if it is related to what you are doing.

i.e.. browsing the internet you will see .com on your keyboard..
