Keeps Erasing my call log and call favorites

I not sure why but my phone keeps erasing my call log and my call favorites this has happened twice now. It even lost a change I had make to a contact. This didn't happen till I got a replacement phone because I had cracked my screen

Mine has done this three or four times over the past several weeks. It happened on my original Droid and my replacement as well, last night. No reason for it.
