Don't do anything you aren't certain of what will happen or how to do it correctly and if you are in tip top shape you should stay that way.

Related question --- is it a good habit to get into to clear system cache routinely via system recovery menu? Can it do anything to slow your phone or any negative effects?

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe an easier way to clear cache, history, cookies, & form data?
