K-9 email client folders

Can anyone tell me how to set up the basic 4 email folders in K-9? The class description baffles me.

Th[/URL]ose were just the first two I found from doing a Google search there are many more.

Thanks for the links. However, the github tries to explain folder setup, but it is either incomprehensible OR there's a bug. I can get Trash and Inbox to appear, but no others.
