just unlocked my bootloader

Wondering what I should do next.I would like to perm root my phone now. What is the best and easiest way. Thanks

first thing you do is flash a recovery via fastboot... I suggest Amon Ra (but not the one in the sticky...it has an issue wiping and restoring .android_secure)

Then you back up your phone in its current state.

If you just want perm root without flashing a ROM, head over to XDA and use OneClickRoot.
