Wow 35/39 is craaazy. I was actually more excited about the 20 upload over my 35 down, its about 8 or 9 more Mbps faster than my fiber optic home internet!

It all depends on your area and the load on the tower, try the speed test early in the morning and you will see a big boost.

BaSHa's phone model says "MaXX," and that's how the notification bar looks on the RAZR MAXX with ICS.

So, I'm taking a complete stab in the dark here, but I'm going to guess that the screenshot is from a RAZR MAXX with ICS.
