What are some good apps? Don't need anything in particular, just something to play with my phone more. Haha.

thanks. ive wanted a droid for awhile. i had a palm pre on sprint, and it was a wanna be droid lol. i love my fascinate though. the ONLY thing i miss is a slide out keyboard. i cant get used to the touch screen one lol. gotta love auto correct.

Amazon app store is nice. They have a free app of the day. I have got quite a few nice paid apps for free. Plants vs zombies, hexDefense and angry birds rip.

Congrats on your Fasciante. I got a free Fascinate from Best Buy as well. rdgxray is correct. I highly recommend the Amazon app store application as well. You have to find the .apk file online, you cannot get this app in the Android app store.

Apps that I recommend that are in the Android app store:

Zedge: Ringtones and wallpapers....and a ton of them
Beautiful Widgets: Tons of clock skins and options to choose from
PowerAMP: Best music player in my opinion...tons of options
Pandora: explains itself
Droid Forums: Keep up to date on all your posts
RadarNow: Radar map of your location....loads fast and keeps it simple
Lookout Mobile: Antivirus for your phone and phone locator in case you lose it somewhere
GasBuddy: Finds all the gas stations around you and current gas prices.

I highly recommend rooting your phone to get rid of all the bloat that Verizon puts on your phone. You can also get rid of all of the Bing crap and load Google on it.
AdFree is a nice app if you root your phone. Takes all the Ad's and removes them from your apps.

I'll second the Angry Birds games, and add:

Try a launcher, like ADW, or Go Launcher EX. They offer much more customizability with the appearance and home screen interface, including multiple docks (your bottom row of icons/apps).

Picsay Pro is a great photo editor.

Quick App Clear Cache is great for clearing your cache partition.

Otherwise, the Android and Amazon market are your Oyster. Try stuff, and have fun.
