Change the wallpaper by "long pressing" the home screen.

Other keyboards have different languages

Apps go to your app drawer

The app drawer?? The thing at the bottom of the homescreen? That you pull up? All your apps are in there

You can download other keyboards from the Market

To get to the app drawer just press on the little button at the bottom of the homescreen with the arrow on it

Cant help you with the keyboard languages (I think you need other apps to do this).

The app drawer is the grey bar with the arrow at the bottom of the main (Home) screen.

App suggestions:

ASTRO - for file handling and easy install of non-market apps
Weatherbug or Weather channel -- self explanatory
Bluetooth File Transfer
Pandora and IHeartRadio are cool if you're a media geeb or like real radio
Where -- Kind of like Poynt for BB, gives you access to yellowpages and movie times and the like

GoogleVoice is capital Awesome if you like visual voicemail and can score an invite

Happy Droiding

EDIT -- Last question -- apps show up in the app drawer when you install them
