ITunes Agent

I have read through various threads about syncing itunes and the droid. I can't seem to get itunes agent work. I have followed the instructions but can't get it to show in the "my devices section" in Itunes. The sd card is mounted, itunes 9, itunes agent 1.3.1 and windows 7. I can add files directly to my SD card so that part is working. Unfortunately, Doubletwist doesn't seem like a good alternative because it only registers 1000 of my songs (first 1000 in abc order).

Thanks for any help. It seems like a couple other people are having the same problem

with itunes agent you need to make sure you launch it first. It'll auto launch itunes. You then right click the itunes agent icon in your taskbar and select synchronize devices.
