Issue with outlook mail when forwarding a message

When I forward a message from an outlook account it does not simply forward it, rather it sends the e-mail I want to forward as an attachment, which is fine for viewing on a desktop but not on a Blackberry or other device. It shows up as a jumbled mix of letters and numbers.

Any ideas?
