Well I have yet to find an app like that in the marketplace. This seems as though it would be easy to make though. So maybe a developer will make one sometime soon. Or don't forget the possibility that there may be an app like that, but not in the marketplace. I also recommend you check out parental control apps. Some of those are rumored to have key loggers in them.

Of ourse there are software for cell phone to log keystrokes such as this Mobile Spy, but they are not free.
