Is there a programming menu?

I've seen some people talking about improving sound quality from programming menu on the moto droids. But when I try to access it on your custom rom.. It doesn't show up. It just attempts to call the number.

Is this intentional or did they just remove the programming menu completely?

(I'm talking about the ##PROGRAM, and then 000000 Doesn't show up.)

I am having the same problem.

programming menu is a proprietary Moto file/app and most custom ROMS do not have it. I'm currently not on SS but if I had to guess it is not there. Last custom ROM I remember seeing it in was Koush's 2.1 builds
