Is there a photo editor app?

Im looking for something that i can take a picand draw on the pic. Sorta like a photoshop/paint thing.

You got to check out "PicSay Pro" on the market. It is a paid but cheap app that literally is amazing. You can not only draw on photos, but also crop, rotate, alter color, hue, saturation, add tons of effects, warp effects, and add silly 'stamps' also (like arrows, hats, holiday items, eyes, mouths, beards, more).

It has to downsize the image taken, but it's well worth it. I use it all the time to make silly photos and MMS them to my lady. She gets a kick out of them...
