I guess I'm just going to have to find a good emulator and play games that way.

There are a number of Keno games available for Droids as far as I'm aware. I normally play Blackjack and Video poker buy I'm pretty sure I've seen Keno games listed also for Droids. Had a quick look on Casino Games and they list Spin Palace, All Slots and Wild Jack Casino as android casino that provide Keno games for Androids. You may need flash though.
