Is the Thunderbolt really that bad?

I'm thinking about getting one - so I've read some reviews and stuff. And wow a lot of people seem to really not like this phone.

I know the battery life isn't good on this phone... but other than that is this phone really that bad?

If so what are the main problems?

No problems besides battery. Gps is not terrible, reboot never affected me. Idk it's a great phone. Best 4g hands down. Don't waste your money on anything else
