Is it possible to use the Droid as a webcam?

I guess I should be a little more specific. If possible, I need to be able to use my Droid as a webcam that can hook to my computer. Like the ones that usually sit on top of the monitor or built into laptops. I tried those apps you listed and I don't think any of them does what I'm looking for. I appreciate the reply though.
